Job Description

The position is responsible for:
 Qualifying tenders and opportunities
 Developing solution and proposals in response to opportunities and tenders
 Developing and conducting presentations to position for opportunities and tenders

Job Specification

Knowledge and Skills:

Mandatory
 Fluent in both Malay and English
 Excellent written and verbal communications skills
 Excellent presentation skills
 Excellent ability to learn new skills and tasks quickly
 Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
 Excellent business acumen
 Excellent in managing and developing strong relationship with clients
 Excellent understanding in sales cycle, most especially in sales roles for IT and application services / products
 Proven experience to plan, organize and manage a team to develop proposals and solutions papers, and presentation materials
 Proven experience contract preparation, facilitation, and negotiating skills
 Proven project management experience in delivery
 Proven ability to work in a multicultural team
 Ability to work flexible working hours

 Possess solid track record in implementation and delivery experiences
 Familiarity with a variety of computers, technologies, hardware and software support

 Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years experience in the field or equivalent combination of experience and / or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved

Head of Operations

Job Description
• Responsible for leading and managing the day to day operations and delivery of customer, application support and technical operations services for multiple engagements including information management systems
• Responsible for overall quality of client service quality, management of expectation and delivery of service – includes personnel management, client management, executive leadership, strategic direction setting, support of key client issues, and ongoing contact management.
• Responsibility include the management of the Technical Support team, Application Support team and the Customer Services team – to coordinate between the different functional and technical teams to investigate and resolve issues, monitoring and reporting of compliance
• Communications and reporting of operations to support all company clients’ accounts
• Assist in driving the expansion of the company’s existing book of business through upsell of new scope and value to the client
• Develop strong and trusting relationships with clients with a focus on value creation
• Optimise use of internal company skills and knowledge, and leverage on business alliance
